Preparation and selection for the IIT Mandi contingent to the Inter-IIT Tech Meet.

The bootcamp is how the IIT Mandi contingent for the Inter-IIT Tech Meet gets built. It runs problem statements from previous editions, brings in people who have competed before, and works as the selection route into the team.
