About the council
The Science and Technology Council is the technical society of IIT Mandi— programming, bioengineering, automotive engineering, robotics, astronomy, mechanics, civil engineering and entrepreneurship.
Every club supports open participation. You can join at any point in the year, you do not need prior experience, and members represent the institute at national competitions.
Projects

A Formula E race car designed, fabricated and campaigned by 27 students at Formula Bharat 2026.

Inter-IIT Tech Meet
The IIT Mandi contingent competes annually against every other IIT. Results, rosters and rankings going back to the 8.0 meet in 2019.
